Custom Frames And Saddles
Picture frame we built for the Belle Fourche city poster	We had the idea for this saddle a couple of years ago while at the Leather Show in Sheridan. We used a couple of Wayne Jueske tools to make a unique laced look border around the edge of it. The saddle is a 15 inch seat and specially built to fit the owner. It is a combination saddle that can be used both for roping and riding colts. The saddle is built on a 15 inch Ritter Association tree with a 6 1/2 inch gullet and 4 inch back with standard Quarter Horse bars.
We built this frame during some slow time in winter for the Belle Fourche poster advertizing the history of our town. We used a pattern built by the owner adapted from Sheridan style carving pattern, "Wild Rose". The frame is 100% leather. It took 20 hours of time and $100.00 of material. It's for sale at $400.00.
